AMA Cryptoscreen With Hup.Life

On 03 July 2021, Hup.Life conducted an AMA in the Cryptoscreen Community. Our guest is the Harrison of Hup.Life.

Lots of questions as usual from the Community about Hup.Life progress. The Hup.Life team took part in a very interesting AMA session which included introductions, questions from twitter, and a live AMA session with the Cryptoscreen community. If you missed the AMA in person, read this recap for a deeper insight into Hup.Life.

Let’s take a look at the most interesting points of our conversation.

Inol Granero :

Okey, Before I start the first session can you introduce yourself to our community?

Harrison :

Yes one moment

My name is Harrison Jordan, I am a lawyer from Toronto, Canada, I love capybaras and I’m a copyright nerd.

Inol Granero :

Thank you for introduce yourself sir
Nice background
Your experince will certainly motivate us in the future😊

Okay, In the first session I will give questions about HUP.Life, if you have given an answer please say “Done”

Harrison :

Thanks! I’ve put thousands of dollars of my own money into making this project areality… I’m all in!

sounds goodl.

Inol Granero

Let’s start first Session

Q1. Can you tell the members a little about HUP.Life ?

Harrison :

HUP.LIFE is a friendly, charitable digital currency project that is building an all in one NFT marketplace for socially conscious artisrts and collectors to buy, sell and licence art through its copyright. This is an approach not typically taken by NFT marketplaces. Oh, and we also solve the permnanece problem by putting meta data and artwork on decentralized, immutable file hosting systems 🙂edited

Lastly, every time someone buys HUP, it goes to a charity wallet where funds will be distributed each month to a capybara-related cause as voted on by the community.

Inol Granero :

Q2. Can you explain how HUP.Life and what kind of services it offers to users?

Harrison :

In addition to the marketplace we are building, we offer a 1 Wallet, 1 Vote community governance framework where EVERY holder (including those with just 1 $HUP) get to decide on the future of the project, rewards for early holders, auto/passive staking rewards, donation to charity wallet on every purchase/sale of $HUP, as well as your $HUP gets you 25% off our merch store at

oh, and for those holding a certain amount, every month we will have a livestream VIP capybara viewing party 🙂

Inol Granero :

Q3. What products does HUP.Life have and in the future, will you add more products?

Harrison :

We plan to ALSO have a token launchpad, for launch in April 2022. This will be a token launchpad for values-based tokens, and projects must have two smart contract audits, a six month roadmap, and a fully doxxed leadership team. We want to set the standard for sustainable and transparent token projects!

Inol Granero :

Q4. How do you solve liquidity issues and how to ensure user asset security?

Harrison :

We will be enabling liquidity mining in the future to support liquidity of our project.

Recently our price had negative price pressure due to a further tranche of initial liquidity we released to pancakeswap.edited

We did not predict such price pressure and will not be releasing any additional tranches of liquidity to PancakeSwap unless we can ensure such does not happen.

Therefore the price of HUP right now is artificially depressed due to that.edited

But every single day we are working to increase value for our community and holders 🙂

Inol Granero :

Okay next question, This is the last question in segment 1 😊

Q5. Have you met all your goals in the roadmap till now? And were there any difficulties that you didn’t expect and were not prepared for?

Harrison :

Yup! We put together the team, launched comprehensive marketing, passed two audits (HAECHI and CertiK) with flying colours, announced a partnership with ETHO, and we’re just getting started! We can’t predict the future but we are striving to hit our roadmap targets when due – if not sooner!edited

The hard work has started – getting in touch with potential service providers with APIs to plug into our marketplace to make it a truly all in one solution. Our CTO Donna Tremble is handling that and is doing a stellar jobedited

Oh, and we completed a Bounty campaign with Bounty0x which was pretty cool!

Inol Granero :

Okay, we move on to the second session, which is a question from Twitter😊

Inol Graniro :

Q1.With so many projects being rug pulls and exit scams happening now days. What would you offer to the users of your platform to earn their trust and how would it make you different from others projects alike?@Stevencrypto5

Harrison :

Our liquidity is locked for 6 months, our leadership team is fully doxxed, we have regular/weekly AMAs, I am in the chat pretty much every day, always answering anyone’s questions, and we are a federally incoporated tax paying company in Canada. Our team includes lawyers/legal experts and we are compliance-focussed. We are always open to any feedback and suggestions the community has in order to build maximum confidence in the project.

Inol Granero :

Q2.Only getting users, holders etc is not everything. In my opinion, a project needs to deal with solving a real world issue or problem What is the problem that your project primarily focuses on??@WithamQu

Harrison :

We solve two problems head on

: (1) The fact that NFTs AREN’T permanent in the sense that the metadata and image file it links to could go down for any reason.

We’re making NFTs permanent by placing that data on decentralized, resilient file hosting protocol and systems. We love the team at ETHO Protocol and their offering is going to help us achieve that reality.

(2) Copyright issues. Many platforms do not enable artists to fully monetize the copyright of their art, just sell NFTs that contain representations of the piece of art. We want artists (and collectors) to be able to fully monetize their art. By being able to licence it out to third parties legally such as metavecrse parties, (digital or physical) art galleries, etc. Bevacuse we are dealing with original works and the artists of those original works, we can interface with copyright and let both the artists and third parties who obtain the copyright from them to be able to do some magical stuff!

Inol Granero :

Q3.ow big and strong is your community? do you have community for non english users? Is your project a local project or a global project ? Can anyone use your services from anywhere in the world? Is there any restrictions of using your service ???? @Laurendjens

Harrison :

Our community has a large and friendly telegram prescence, as well as Telegram groups in many different langauges (French, Japanese, Philipnes, etc.). Since we are on PancakeSwap anyone can purchase it and join our Telegram, however due to copyright laws our NFT platform won’t be available in every single country of the world. We will announce more in the future.

Inol Granero :

Q4.What is the structure of this project , is it decentralised or a open sourced protocol where everybody can contribute? If so, how does the governance plan on being handled?@Srajuambe

Harrison :

the source code of the smart contract is fully available on GitHub. The NFT Marketplace will be as decentralized as we can make it while not compromising security and usability of the platform. We eventually envision HUP.LIFE and its HUP.MARKET as being a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) and I hope eventually we get there.

Inol Granero :

Okay next question, This is the last question in segment 2 from Twitter

Harrison :

sounds good

Inol Granero :

Q5.What is the most ambitious goal of your project? What is the main vision that your project wants to achieve in the market cap market? I would appreciate it if you could share with us upcoming updates?@nyeoro

Harrison :

The most ambitious goal is to make an All in One platform that works – that stops non-original work from being sold on our platform, yet allows bonafide artists on our platform the ability to find copycats of their work around the web.edited

But we’re working hard to make that solution a reality.

We post updates regularly on our TG group (@hupdotlife), TG announcement group(@huplife) , Twitter (@hupdotlife), and Instagram (@hupitup).

We even have a telephone number you can text or call us at any time to ask questions! +1417 487 4887edited 10:52

Question 1

Can you list 1-3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors???

Harrison :

• NFT Permanence: Solved
• Allowing Artists and Collectors to Fully Monetize Their Art’s Copyright in an Internationally Compliant Way
• First Cryptocurrency Project to Save The Capybaras – Every Time You Purchase $HUP You Save the Capybaras

Question 2

Please answer this sure If we buy $HUP is there any tax,?? And how much does the tax cost? @ChiefCapybaraToo many projects promise magic but never release any working product or prove any revenue, Within a short/long time of release. Is your project also like this? If not can u tell us, What makes #HUP project different from other projects? @ChiefCapybara

Harrison :

Yes. There is an 8% Tax. 1/4 goes to liquidity where it is locked forever, 1/4 is burned forever, 1/4 is returned to holders as auto-staking/passive yield rewards, and 1/4 is sent to a charity wallet where each month holders can vote on which capybara-related cause the accumulated funds go to!

Question 3

Southeast Asia is a very vibrant market and many many Projects developed overthere. So, What you think about Southeast Asia and Do you have any plan to develop in there?

Harrison :

Absolutely! In addition to launching Telegram groups we intend to do outreach around the world. Note that our platform offerings are limited to countries that have ratified copyright treaties including th Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty, but we hope to be able to promote art and artists from around the world

Question 4

Does HUP NFT market place offer staking and mining of NFTs? What are the possibilities of HUP integrating Yield Farming and Liqiudity Mining into its NFT ecosystem? @ChiefCapybara

Harrison :

Good question! We are actively looking for a liquidity mining/farming platform right now, and have explored talks with some companies looking to enable staking or collaterizaliation of NFTs. The NFT scene is still really early, so we are being selective with who we partner with

Question 5

Partners are very important for every project today, may I know which partners you have now? and which partners in the future you will be heading to ?

Harrison :

We’ve partnered with ETHO Protocol and are in talks with many others, including some projects in top 1000 on coin market cap. When we’re able to announce them we will – and we can’t wait to see what the future holds
